Greetings to the maybe two people who read this ...
I have had a helluva time trying to get going with this ... I think the timing has been all wrong. Moving, adjusting to not working a regular schedule and caring for mom have been difficult. Not to mention the approaching deadline for making a filing on my father's estate. These have all conspired to keep me distracted and then wondering where the time went.
I think a big hurdle I cleared today was getting my own coffee and coffeemaker up and running again. I thought mom was on a decaf regimen, but she's not -- it's salt she can't indulge in. I have had my coffee instead of that Folger's teabag crap and I feel 100% better!
Helped out a friend today who was holding an egg-drop exhibition of sorts for her summer science camp kids. Mom and I went down and helped out. Mom got such a kick out of watching the little kids participate in this. And I was the umpire four stories below declaring the drops to be "safe" or "splats."
It was educational for all of us.
Peace out.

You'll find your groove soon. Times of change are always 'interesting', but things tend to smooth out.
