Something Fishy

Tonight I tried frying up some sort of fish I got from my friend the Counselor. A little lemon dill marinade, butter, olive oil and garlic and voila! Not too shabby. Don't worry, Emeril, your job is safe.

Mystery fish are the best! My boss brought me something caught by his cousin last year. It may have been a rockfish, he wasn't sure.

Slathered up with oil, and thrown on the grill with a kiss of lemon juice, it was one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth.

Too bad I don't like my boss so much, or I'd probably be in line for that much more frequently.

Simple preparations, when the basic thing is so fresh and pure, are just the best. Let it shine through, you know?
